How does it work?

We investigate the mind and its behavior from past and future fears and desires. I incorporate your birth chart as part of the sessions.

Need more time to sit for meditation and wondering how to find it?

I will teach Meditation techniques that begin through awareness of self, moment-to-moment, and connecting you back to the five senses. We shouldn't take our senses for granted. They are an important part and essential to the human mind's survival.

When accomplished, you will feel uplifted and begin to share this experience of relief and calm with everyone you love, care for, and come in contact with, without knowing that you are contributing to the world most positively.

It becomes part of your daily routine without the stress of planning. It becomes observation through the action of awareness from moment to moment.
